My mother had a very scary procedure done this morning at Covenant and once being discharge she wanted to celebrate her outcome with a coke and a burrito from her favorite restaurant. Quite extraordinary for a fast food restaurant and its prices, Rosa's has a wide selection of Mexican food and freshly made tortillas. Friendly service and quick service line. Their beef and chicken choices are a higher level of quality and taste thanmuch of fast food's questionable ground beef. The decor is festive and comfortable.
