We were seated right in front of the kitchen, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at all. Our server was fantastic—she genuinely cared about our dining experience. Although there was a birthday group at another table, she ensured our glasses were always full and brought us extra bread without us even needing to ask. She did an outstanding job.

What User doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
Smells great and the server was very nice...that's about all I can say good about it. I asked for my salad undressed. Then it came slathered. My cowboy steak was burnt. Come to find out they have new and inexperienced chefs in the kitchen. My sons steak was burnt as well and the asparagus tasted like butter gone bad. We returned everything and walked out. Had steak and country fried chicken, both were delicious. Wait staff worked very hard to ensure satisfaction. Only negative was that it took nine minutes to be acknowledged upon entering. No one else was waiting to be seated, several employees glanced our way as they walked by. Double checked to see if we were entering after they were closed but it was two hours yet. Was wondering if we should leave when we were greeted and seated. I'd recommend staff walking by be trained to at least greet and let customers know someone will be with them soon. Otherwise, after awkward start, was a great experience.
We went on a Friday night. It was busy but not too busy. The host greeted us very nicely. Je got us to a booth in a short time. The food was great. And not to mention a couple behind us paid for our food just because. I didn't get my server name but we loved him. His service was really good. We did indeed leave him a nice tip. He made sure we didn't need anything. We're going back to try the lamb chops
The wait to be seated about 11:15 on Wednesday was short. Our waitress was very prompt and masked. My steak was out in no time, and cooked perfectly. A lot more people were filtering in as it approached noon, as expected. I was impressed we ate steaks for lunch during a normal lunch hour. I would do this again. The only thing I would improve was all the maskless public walking by our table to get to theirs, but what can they do?
