EL JALAPENO RESTAURANT - Lubbock

I was in this restaurant several times, but this time was different. When I went into the window, the young boy cut me 3 dollars and 49 cent, he had hickeys on his whole neck, smells terrible and had his finger in his mouth. the food was terrible dry and did not get all 3 enchiladas. my drink had almost no syrup, and it tasted terrible. it was no one inside, and the time she needed to get my food out was incredible. I am tired of places like this, with underaged children have no idea how to do their jobs.

If they are looking for authentic, tasteful Mexican foods at a fair price this is their place. From traditional sopas/caldos, to texmex favorites like fajitas they have a great selection of dresses to choose from. I have to try another dish I didn't like.

This restaurant surprised me. it is hard to find a Mexican restaurant with decent cheese enchiladas. it's a simple court, but I have to find another place that doesn't mess them up. the cheese enchiladas at el charro are very good. I am definitiw back.
