Every time we go to the Beaverbank Pub we are thrilled with our service, the food, the friendly staff and the owner is always there to greet you and make sure you're enjoying yourself. The food is homemade and delicious. This has quickly become our go to restaurant and we will definitely be regulars! View all feedback.
What 효일 성 doesn't like about Beaver Bank Station:
It reminded me of a B type spot. Not a big spot by any means. The food was good but found it overpriced for the quantity. I don't beleive that we would go again. View all feedback.
What a terrible place to eat. I was there three times and every time was terrible. The last was today and we waited for 2 hours for our food and when we got our food, it was garbage. Two of us ordered the red curry chicken. when it arrived, it had chicken nuggets as the chicken in the curry!!! They were so hard that they could not be consumed. I'm sorry for our waitress, who apologized about 10 times for the Substandard Service. Don't eat here if you have taste buds. The owner did not seem to give a damn and was too busy to take care of us.
The staff was friendly and the food was excellent..I had the chicken Carbonara..very filling..right amount of food for me..not too much and my hub and had the steak and he enjoyed it as he generally cook the steaks..
He eaten one night for onion rings and decided to pack them on their way home. $11 burned for a basket, fat mess! I should have gone on! No need to guess why this business is about one step away to put the shutters!
My older parents 88 and 85) went there for a meal so badly treated by Anthony there server they might never get out again, he was very rude
I always heard great things about this restaurant. I worked up the road for a few months and would pass by, thinking I should go in to try it sometime. Now that I have, I am not in any hurry to head back. It was okay. I looked at the menu before going and it seemed like standard pub food, which is not a bad thing. Sometimes pub food is great and not too expensive. I went with my mother and my brother for this dinner. To start, it is a old house that they have repurposed as a restaurant. The parking lot is horrible. Only one way in and out so, if someone is coming out when you are trying to go in, someone has to give and let the other one go. Not great on a busy street. Inside there are a few rooms to sit in. We chose a table in the back, in a room with four or five total tables. While we were there, it seemed okay. The room was VERY noisy from the music and the amount of people in the room trying to talk over each other. When we were leaving, we realized that our table are was not exactly clean. There were quite a few spider webs by the fire extinguisher and, when my mother got up to leave, she thought she saw a bunch of worms on the floor behind her chair. She did not see those when we sat down or we would not have stayed. To start, we ordered the Irish nachos, which is kettle chips with cheese, bacon, and green onion. They were good. The chips were cooked really well, very crispy. The cheese was not melted enough though. They were average, nothing special. I ordered the fish and chips, but replaced the fries with caesar salad. It says on the website that they have the best fries. I have to say that is very far from the truth. My mother had the fish and chips, with the actual fries. They were frozen fries. They were soggy and she got maybe 10 fries total. My caesar was okay but VERY OVERDRESSED. It was very soggy. The coleslaw was left off my mother 's plate, so we had to ask for that, but it is not special either. My mother called it a carrot slaw . There was nothing else to it. My brother ordered the southern chicken sandwich and a caesar salad. He had the same review of the caesar salad. His sandwich was awful, his words, not mine. This is a guy who will eat anything. He always finishes his food. He said that the sandwich was so coated in cajun seasoning that he could not taste anything else. He ate half and stopped. We got dessert with this meal also. My mother had the Turtle cheesecake. She said it was more like a brownie cheesecake. Not bad but nothing to get excited about, and not accurate in the description. I had the blueberry crumble. It was okay. It was very mushy, like it was frozen and then put in the microwave. I thought it was a homemade item, or else I would not have ordered it. The crumble part is for the texture, there was no texture here. My brother had the brownie, which was fine. A store bought brownie. The ice cream on both of our desserts were okay. Like I titled this, I expected more. For years I had heard about how good this place was from coworkers. I always wanted to go. We will probably not go back. It was greasy diner food, at best. It was edible, but not special.
