We almost had a sunburn this December noon when we stopped by the brilliantly located café restaurant Sao Cristovao between Ponta Delgada and Boaventura.The views over the rocky shore were so magnificent that we forgot all about ourselfes (and the sun).The coffee with milk was excellent, by the way.
