Tom is a legend what an amazing host with first class service. Always nice to be remembered as a customer especially showing an interest In our holiday plans. Tapas lunch was great and the service from Tom was brilliant . He is an asset to the Melting Pot and it wouldn’t be the same without him Would recommend drinks and light lunch. Thank you Tom.

If you come during the day the server is fantastic attentive very chatty lovely young guy. At night the service by the 2 servers is dreadful has to ask you a few times what you ordered which is a shame as this is a great pub during the day

Best service ever, first time here and we will be back. Customer service excellence from the the young guy serving us. He had real dark hair and glasses, perfect English, perfect manner, an absolute gent. I really hope management understand how welcome this guy makes customer's feel. I don't know what he earns but whatever it is surely is not enough.
