Never in my life has a White Castle taken this long to fill an order. Zero excuses could explain anything more than a 5 minute wait… It’s FAST food. I have not been in daytime. So if management sees this. PLEASE fire every night time employee, they are worthless. It’s so sad this has happened even once let alone continually. Worst store in louisville they will take care of the whole drive through line before Togo orders and walk in. Close this store!
Service was 1000 times better than the location at Stoneybrook.
Friendly workers make all the difference and this place hires friendly workers. The food is hot and delicious.
