Wendy's - Louisville

I want to say I was encouraged by this store because I have a pretty low opinion of Wendy's, but this store was different. The service was quick and my food came out correctly as ordered. The server at the window was also pleasant.

The burger was incredibly fresh and high quality, it was so good it could have been featured in a promotional photo. The young man working in the drive-thru was extremely pleasant and polite, one of the friendliest I have ever encountered.

Brenda was very nice. My husband said the haircut she gave me was better than any I had gotten and I've gone to 3 of Louisvilles top.

I called several times, but they never answered the phone.

This Wendy's location consistently fails to remember half of your order.
