What Bailey Rider doesn't like about Verde:
Their California burrito is good, tons of guacamole but they gave me no meat when I ordered it with carne asada. The fajita burrito?s peppers weren?t cooked, they were hard and almost raw. And because the peppers were basically raw, there wasn?t muchflavor coming from them. Their tortillas are absolutely amazing. The Brussels sprouts were crispy. View all feedback.
A bit of the southwest tucked away on Main Street in Louisville. Not your run- of-the taco place. Creative flavor combinations, to be sure. Margaritas are among the best I have ever had. Dakota mixes them and adds her unique dash of charm. Owner is gregarious and clearly passionate about the food and drinks.
I wish I could give Verda 5 stars.... and don't get me wrong, it was good enough that we'll definitely return just the food (tacos and salsas) were insanely salty which was unexpected.
Awesome food, amazing patio space, and great atmosphere all around!
