Smashburger - Louisville

We went there twice, second time was better. We got the kids single burger n tots the first time n The double cheese n sweet potato fries the second which was better, what I didn't like was the single burger came plain and you couldn't get any other toppings so I thought it was kinda boring, I would go back to try another different one to see when we are back in LOUISVILLE

I really enjoyed the hamburger I got. The French fries weren’t the best. I appreciate the gluten free bun option. It was nice eating a regular sandwich. But the staff was pretty awful and rude. The inside was dirty, we had to clean off a table so we could eat. Most of the side in the machine was out. I recommend take out possibly. I’d try it again at a different location.

My first visit, and I was so dissatisfied. Employees standing around talking, got my food and it was cold. There was only one working restroom and it wasn't worth washing your hands in. I think if staff had better customer service, I would have given them a 3.

I typically don’t write reviews but I wanted to warn everybody. My friends and I came up to Louisville for a convention this week. To be proactive we decided to place a pick up order for 5:30 to get ahead of the dinner crowd. When we arrived at 5:15, I asked about our order. The lady handing out food said our orders were not found and they said we were going to be okay cause it would come through soon. My friends and I proceeded to wait 20-25 minutes and still heard nothing. At this point, the dinner crowd was heading in and we were getting very agitated. I went up again to ask if there was any updates on our orders since we had been waiting so long. The lady pulls all of our orders from the shelf…. They had been sitting there the whole time. The ticket says the order was completed by 5:15. The same time we got there. By the time we had finally gotten back to our hotel, the food was soggy and cold. I’ve never been so disappointed with the terrible organization and service from this restaurant. Please be careful before online ordering.

The burger was awesome but the wait was pretty bad. I was on the line for about 30 minutes, there were only 5 people in front of me, a few people gave up and left halfway. After the line there was about another 20 minute wait since the kitchen had overlooked my order, a simple bacon burger, nothing more. If you are going during your lunch time like I did more than likely you will be late. Honestly there are faster burger options in the area for the same price and taste.
