Mcdonald's - Louisville

20 minutes to get through the line. fries was cold. the command was wrong. understaffed, so I assume it is a management / franchise problem. workers were all kind, just overwhelmed.

Got a Diet Coke instead of a regular. Did order on the app, not my mistake! Double check your orders, not the 1st time a mess up at this McDonald's.

Sitting at the drive thru at noon and no one has helped me or the last 2 cars in front of me. No one is answering the drive thru. At least close the store if you are gonna waste 15-20 minutes of peoples time waiting before they give up

I went there last night and ordered a lot of food for my family and they forgot my daughter's order the whole entire order not just some of it not just a piece of it the whole order so I had to make her something and she was upset cuz she wants to know why everybody else got McDonald's and she could not have McDonald's and I was not about to drive back up there after I had just worked an 8-hour shift and then on top of it they're rude they were so rude

The inside was dirty, they messed up our order twice, 2 other people came in from the drive thru at the time to and their orders were also messed up. When we would go to the counter it seemed like the employees tried to avoid us. One of the worst mcdonalds I have been too. I'm glad I live 2 hours away from it.
