Dave Buster's Louisville

Went during pandemic so half the machines were off. The food was good and so were the drinks . I enjoyed myself but got bored quick due to limited entertainment options but I can’t blame that on restaurant . I’ll visit againCame back in 2023: food was still good. All games were working. Not that fun as an adult in my opinion but cool for kids and teenagers whole adults eat or drink while they run around.

I had an awesome day at Dave and Busters yesterday! My work pals and I had a team building day and had a blast! First we had a great catered lunch, then we broke up into 4 teams and had some friendly competition. The staff was so friendly and they made sure we had a great time. Plus, my team won!!!Yay team Pitch Perfect! I highly recommend Dave and Busters for a great time!

Went to Dave and Busters for the first time in 12 years last Friday for a work team building event. The food was quite good, staff was friendly and helpful and the games were a blast. Played Galaga on a 8’ tall screen which is a far cry from the little table top I grew up playing it on, good times were had by all!

This is the second time I've eaten here in seven months. I wasn't impressed the first time and didn't want to go back, but we were at the mall and it was one of the few restaurants open. We had already eaten lunch at another one there and didn't want to go back for dinner too. The service was terrible. We were seated in the bar area and felt like we were forgotten about. Took forever for the lady to come take our order. Our food was taken to the wrong table first before finally arriving at our table. Food was mediocre at best. Then no refills on our drinks. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes for the bill. Had my credit card ready when the request ticket arrived and still another 10 minutes for her to bring it back. Actually checked my credit card app to see if the credit card had been ran yet and it had been ran twice. Both were pending and she said one should fall off by mid-week. Will definitely not be back.

There wasn't anyone around. After playing games we went to get prizes and waited for twenty minutes and no one was there and eventually walked off. Then went to eat and waited for ten minutes at the hostess table. Sat down, waited another ten minutes and left to get pizza.
