What an awful experience today November 7th 2021, we have been eating here for years and today was such a weird and unpleasant day here, basically we were ignored and no body took our order, we wanted to eat outside so we waited by the bar area, girls weren’t that busy, or should I say, pretending to be busy, the place wasn’t that packed for them to ignored us, a guy came after us and the lady took his order first, are you serious? The staff is exceptional!! Attentive, sweet, prompt, and informative. Food is great, but the staff makes for a very pleasant experience!

Waited over an hour for an incorrect order to arrive.. Waitress accidentally brought coffee instead of water at opening of visit… I was charged for the coffee I didnt drink or order. Never been here before never coming back.. Also very disappointed in the lack of ingredients on actual burger vs. What menu states comes on the burger..!

The best donuts, coffee and breakfast/lunch food in St. Bernard. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. I don't ever come to Arabi without stopping here first.
