Subway - Los Angeles

Very well stocked, but i think it lacks professionalism/customer service when a restaurant tells you that the restroom is unavailable, restroom is a must. Sadly our sandwich artist (in this case it was robert the shift manager) would not wash his hands after handleling money, even tough he would put gloves on, he would handle clean gloves with dirty hands. Is fair to mention that we brought it to his attention and he respectfully wash his hands to craft our sandwich.

This is a 24 hour location, located less than half a mile from LAX. There's normally 2 people working at night. They should have at least 1 more. It gets busy here sometimes between 11pm and 2am

Went in at 8am and specifically stated I would be buying a sandwich and would like to use the restroom, which the worker had just come out off. He made my sandwich and as I was paying, I asked to use the restroom and he gave me some long speech (which I could not understand) and said it was not available. Quite disappointing as I was literally the only person in that location and I even made intention clearly prior to ordering.

The lady screamed at me, because she got annoyed that she was training someone new and dealing with me at the same time. I was being nice so I found that experience unpleasant

Customer service is very terrible here. They only have two people working and the line is out the door. Service is very slow and needs to be improved
