with the app it is easy to order and get her eat from this place. I like the order is closed by a hard sticker that is not easy to remove without damaging her pocket. also is everything they check out on the app on the entrance (utensils, hot sauce, etc). this position had two doors, 1 for a walk in order, 1 for order pick up. What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Made corporate complaints for several issues regarding waiting 20 minutes in line and watching the food dwindling and nobody telling the cook's to make any more, until I got to the front and made a scene because now I had to wait even longer. They lied.. i asked if forks were in the bag because i am in a hotel they said yes... well no fork anywhere i will have to throw entire order out now
Most of the Employees are not professionals. They look rude, don't give enough time for customers to choose the food. Instead they yell and compel them to buy something and leave the line asap. Also very small parking. Very bad experience.
Me and my kids have been going to this location for a couple years and its been nice..untill...yesterday we went as regular after school and NOW we need a vaccine card to eat in...so we were rejected and had to eat the food cold by the time we got home, thru traffic...what a shame. Not eating panda again.
There’s a worker here that has bad manners and shes rude …. It was my first time coming here and i had bad experience…… never in my life coming here …. Shes indian btw
