While most ingredients are fresh, this may not be the case on Mondays. The sushi menu tends to lean heavily on sweet sauces, which might not appeal to serious sushi enthusiasts. The simpler rolls are decent and fairly priced, yet some of the more elaborate rolls exceed $18, which can be a bit shocking.
