I placed an order through the app and my sandwich was 20 minutes late for pick up compared to the time stated on the app. When I inquired about the status of my order, the manager rudely yelled at me, suggesting that I should wait in line next time if I want my order faster. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it would be nice if the tall girl smiled more. A smile would make me more likely to spend more money. Additionally, I don't understand why they skimp on the onions when ordering extra extra. The thinly sliced onions should be more visible, especially when ordering tuna with extra extra onions. Am I the only one who feels this way?

The restaurant was very clean! I ordered the hot chicken bacon ranch and it was delicious! I also noticed a fantastic tower of freshly cooked bacon.

No matter how early I order my food on the app it is NEVER ready on time. Last time I ordered I waited 30 minutes before going to pick it up. It was JUST finished the moment I walked in the door. On a previous trip I had to wait 15 minutes for my coldsandwich to be made, while the hot sandwich was sitting and getting cold. I appreciate they a busy but 30-45 minute lead time onordering sandwiches is ridiculous.

Had to change my rating for this location. This used to be my go to location but had to walk out recently due to the disgusting behavior of the 3 young men working that evening. All 3 were joking around, talking and making food with their maskshanging half way off their faces. The sandwich station was filthy. I was completely blown away by their behavior. The vegetablesfor the sandwich looked warm and wilted. The woman in front of me asked them to restock the veggies that they looked bad, theguy literally told her we just put them out they 're fresh. There were 3 soggy tomatoes left in the bin. He reluctantly agreed tobring out fresh ones for her. I don 't know if they were all stoned or what, but I wouldn 't want to eat anything they touched.One of them wasn 't even using gloves when handling the food. I immediately walked out. It took everything in me not to gag. Iwon 't going back here anytime soon. Such a shame.
