What Vanja Milovanovic doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The worse location. Stuff is unorganized, unpleasant, very slow. Pick up for order online is not ready when it is told and when it is finally ready, the stuff gets confused and they don't know who's order it is. I witnessed, when they put wrong ingredientson the order, instead making a new sub they try to cover it. Early closing for no reason, highly recommend the place next door called ?good stuff?
Worst experience ever man, 3 guys that don't know how to efficiently run a damn sandwich place. 2 look like guys high and the 3rd dude just standing looking how the rest slowly work.

We had an issue with our delivery order. I called the store to ask what might have happened and spoke with Steve, the manager. Steve was beyond concerned, he listened to us and said that there was indeed an issue with the product. He offered to replaceboth subs. I drove to the store the next day and was helped by manager Michelle. She said she knew about the order and wasready to make it right. She walked the order to my car, added a couple of cookies and insisted on refunding the original order.I told her it wasn?t necessary but she wouldn?t take no for answer because ?if customers don?t speak up when there?s an issue,they can never make things perfect. It?s our way of thanking YOU?. I was blown away. Steve and Michelle earned a customer forlife. Bye-bye Subway!
