The sushi was excellent...best I have had in West Hollywood. The wasabi is even excellent! Sushi bar is strictly omakasi. Very fresh. Ikura was like in Japan! Yellowtail best ever. Really enjoyed visit! Small restaurant. Parking can be difficult but lot in back. View all feedback.
The menu and service were above my expectations. I really liked the atmosphere of this place. Extraordinary restaurant to take my family out for dinner.
My favorite sushi place ever!! The tuna dish has a delicate sauce that makes my mouth water just thinking of it! The crab roll melts in your mouth with fresh tasty crab, slightly warm rice in the Japanese style, and the most delicate seaweed wrap. Scallop sushi with a hint of lemon is another delicate, classy dish. The service is real and charming. They're so welcoming when I arrive. We need this wonderful little oasis to continue forever! And parking is easier than you might think. If lot is full, plenty of street parking or try giant grocery lot across the street. Cant wait to go back!!
For a corner sushi joint, a clear cut above the rest. Maybe two cuts. That said, while Hiko was previously top-tier among all of Los Angeles, competition has gotten stiffer. They're still excellent, but the very top is now higher. That said, for global pandemic take-out... it's excellent. And the cooked rolls are among the best around!
A truly truly amazing place, with fish of the highest quality. Run by a husband and wife. Their customer service is beyond.
Sushi is soo good. Oysters were a dollar each today so we're loading up. Super fresh. It's extremely clean and friendly in here. So far the hungry roll is my favorite so far. You can never go wrong with an ice cold Sapporo. The cup the bring out for it was so cold it had ice on it! Definitely coming back
