All the items in this place look good this has earn them 5 stars from me, my only complaint was the time it took for us get service just to get our order it was about 40 min not counting the prep time, there were only us and 2 more customers in the store at this time but workers are slow and they looked like they hated being there, zero customer service skills.

I ordered fresas con crema and I was given a strawberry ice cream. The ice cream was melted by the time I got it. Had i wanted a strawberry shake i would have ordered one. The price was not even worth it. How disappointing that they care so little to just give whatever they want instead of what the customer buys

Rude employees. I understand that working in the food industry it can be stressful however when there are only two families in line and you aren't understaffed then your attitude should not be so f Also i asked for a corn on a cob and since they only had the corn in the cup i got that. Shortly after getting it I realized it didnt have any cheese in it?? I was then told that the corn didnt come with cheese?? Like okay give me a corn on the cob with just mayo. Both ladies serving us were rude and I would've said something instead of righting a review if my boyfriend hadn't stopped me. I guess just be prepared for a employees if you come at a time soon to closing.

Ask them to put Lemon/Lime juice in your mangoneado. Huge difference!
