I Ordered the DM burger with an impossible patty and vegan cheese and the fried mushrooms. I thought the burger was seasoned exceptionally and tasted good. I also like that it was on a brioche bun. I just wasn't fond of the iceberg lettuce slaw- you know iceberg lettuce gets wilted in 4 seconds. Had it been any other lettuce or cabbage I think it would've easily been a five star burger. I definitely liked the barbecu... View all feedback.
What Shelby M doesn't like about Adrift Burger:
Cool spot. Burgers are good but definitely not the best. Buns were kind of dry. I expected better. I've tried it twice and might give it another go but at this point I'd pick a different place for a burger in Venice. View all feedback.
I got adrift double burger, it was super yummy ?I only didn’t like that the buns were saggy even though I had my order dine-in. Maybe it’s the side effect of having double slices, next time I’ll go with single hoping for non-saggy buns. So this was my first time and definitely there will be many next times.
I got the 1940’s burger and the chips it was good, but not worth the hype. The menu was marked up, with higher prices and a few things unavailable like French fries. Unfortunate, but, shrug.

Wow! Easily one of the best burgers I've had in LA along with Hi Ho and Everson Royce! I was in Venice over the weekend and stumbled upon this restaurant. It's take out, or outdoor seating only. We came on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time and it was a decent wait. We got two DM burgers, curry fries, and fried mushrooms. A simple burger but somehow magical! The burger impressed me! DM burger came on a soft brioche bun. The patty was cooked perfectly to medium rare, the meat was so juicy. The dry aged cheddar, onions and mustard really took the burger out of this planet though. It was all a perfect combo! I really enjoyed the curry fries as well though I couldn't taste the curry at all. They were definitely on the more crispy side of things. The fried mushrooms are great too, the sauce that came with them was like a tangy BBQ type of sauce and complimented the mushrooms very well. Our entire meal was delicious and quite affordable. Overall it's a really good burger and I really want to come back and try the other burgers on the menu!
I drove from Ventura County to try this place and the burger and fries were average however the strawberry shake I ordered was a total ripoff $10 for the size was ridiculous and the top third of it was whipcream and 3 dried strawberries. The only thing I recommend is the BBQ sauce!!!
