This is our go to place for something quick and with great service. They are now a full sushi bar and serving Ramens. Check out their happy hours menus. The blue crab hand roll is a must. Definitely come back more often for happy hours. View all feedback.
Wanted the chicken ramen, but they had no more chicken so pork was substituted. Sooooo good! Just what the Dr ordered!
Never liked raw fish sushi but the baked crab rolls the rice paper they roll it in.
Super tasty ramen soup. Nicely washed down with cold sake
Normally, soft boiled eggs creep me out,but the ramen here is so well seasoned, I'll make the sacrifice and eat the egg...pleasant atmosphere for lunch (gotta get back there for dinner sometime)...check it out if you like ramen!
We were passing by and entered on a whim. It was definitely a great decision. The place was clean and well lit. The decor simple and modern. The air was a bit steamy and warm compared to our drier LA winter weather. We were greeted promptly and shown to our table. I ordered the 3G Ramen w chicken and extra tofu (definitely recommend it) and my mom got the spicy miso ramen with chicken, which was also delicious. It was creamy and had just the right amount of spiciness to give the tongue a tingle but not scale it. However there were other condiments (spicy sesame oil and chili powder as well as soy sauce) for spicy-hot lovers. Both our ramen noodles were cooked nice and al dente firm, but not hard...just right. Our food came within minutes and my cup of water was never empty. We were attended to by a fast and friendly and very efficient waitress. It was a bit more pricey than I'd like, but it was delicious and downtown rent is expensive. The two ramen bowls and two green teas cost about $30. Sadly, I didn't get to try the sake because one is never enough and mommy can't drive around downtown. I'd definitely recommend coming here and I'd come back again.
