Dinner nice delicious place for the new year celebration with my colleagues. We had a party of six and ordered six courts. I love everything we have. Kung Pao Prawns can taste the crispy of pepper and the softness of the shrimps. I don't eat a pig, but I can eat this smoked pig, and the cauliflower favored it. The first time tried and loved! What User doesn't like about Noodle Talk:
3.5 stars comfortable seating and traditional Chinese decor makes it better than the average sticky oily Chinese restaurants. the kitchen is hunan, that is spicy eating mostly. the dishes are oily as it should be for the Hunan style. we ordered the bark seideon reisnudel, long discs are soft. the bowl is filled with red chili oil. the steamed vegetables are delicious, but also somewhat too oily. the steamed mushles with vermicelli is ok, came out late and not all 6 muscheln are so fresh. the service is the usual to pick up the order that will give away the cherry and go away.
The two downsides for Noodle Talk are: 1) It took about 12 minutes for the waiter to take my order and that is too long; 2) Noodle Talk chose to play rock music, which is unpleasant to my ears and hardly appropriate for a Chinese restaurant; at least they kept the volume relatively low. With assistance from the waiter, I chose Hunan Style Sauteed Beef, which was quite enjoyable. The beef was good quality, the flavor was tasty, and it was medium spicy, which is perfect for my palate. I am hardly an expert, but the menu seems to be more authentic from China and less Americanized. Whether that is good or bad depends entirely on the customer, of course. The décor is attractive. The is plenty of street-level parking in front of the restaurant or in front of the other nearby businesses. The address is listed as 4546 El Camino, Los Altos. But Noodle Talk does not face El Camino; rather it faces San Antonio.
Authentic Chinese cuisine. Not as spicy as the picture looks. A little bit salty for average taste.
Really authenthic Chinese restaurant. If you like szechwan peppers in your food, this is the place to go. Food is really delicious. Had the green onin pancakes and the sauteed green beans delicious

Kung Pao Prawns can taste the crispy of pepper and the softness of the shrimps. I don't eat a pig, but I can eat this smoked pig, and the cauliflower favored it. The first time tried and loved! Kongfu Boiled Fish Filet with Hot Chili is recommended by their server and tastes well, but it is too hot for me. Pan-Seared Rack of Lamb tested with Cumin as on a BBQ picnic, sooo yummy! Steamed Egg was tender and soft, and I treated it as a desert. Overall, this was a wonderful meal to welcome our new year!
This is my favorite restaurant in South Bay. The owner has simply rebuilt the entire room, it looks so beautiful and clean. Stir the spicy beef, the chicken with peanut are very delicious. Deep fried Beef Filet is very delicious. I would come back very often.
