We had a great experience on their restaurant’s soft opening after months being closed. Peña and Wendy went above and beyond with their customer service. The food is out of this world fine cuisine! Being in the wellness industry, we recognized the quality of the foods and great tasting water! At the front desk Christine and Carlos went out of their way to provide us with information and answers to all of our questio... View all feedback.

We always ate at Ojo on our way to Colorado but never again! Had to wait on ourselves! Got my own eating utensils, coffee, water, butter, etc. and potatoes were raw! A very bad experience. Asked our server and she said they just can’t get good help. So sorry because we used to love stopping there. Two stars was a generous score!!! View all feedback.
Loved both the atmosphere and the food. A portion of the dishes were served cold but it didn't ruin the overall experience. Not sure about consistency since we only visited once.
We had the best dining experience over the course of our two night stay at the hotel. This was because of the fresh, delicious food and exceptional service from Mateo. Mateo greeted us with kindness and grace and was very accommodating to my vegan diet. He let me know everything on the menu that can be made vegan and brought me out a special dairy free appetizer both nights I was dining in. Our party of four agreed it was the best service we’ve had in a long while! Mateo is so great! The food was also incredible. I loved ordering a fresh salad and adding seared tofu to it. The tortilla soup was awesome as well, so I ordered it both nights. We also had the opportunity to try the breakfast one morning and I loved ordering the tofu scramble with a tortilla on the side. I’d highly recommend reserving a space here for dinner! And asking Mateo to be your server! :
Do yourself a favor. Do not spend the outrageous price on this restaurant. Just bring your own food. So disappointed on a wonderful day. The food is not worth the price. Rice was under cooked and not seasoned. RiceoRoni maybe? It was hard and chalky in the center. A little taste would’ve prevented it going out. No seasoning on both our entrées. Needs salt at the minimum. Honestly a little salt goes a long way. Both our drinks were very under expectations. Margaritas rubbing alcohol. Service was excellent tho. If you want to be dissatisfied and disappointed spend the $100 bucks on the entrees and then go soak your dissatisfaction in the pools. That’s why you are there. Not the food. Trust me.
On a camper van road trip and this place was a hidden gem. They have parking for vans/campers, and you can pay to use the facilities. The hot spring pools were an absolute delight and in the morning we enjoyed their healthy-portioned meals!
