Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant received mixed reviews on both food quality and service. Some customers complained of incorrect orders, long wait times, and limited staff leading to poor service experiences. Others enjoyed the authentic Filipino cuisine, clean establishment, and convenient location next to Seafood City. Prices were moderate, with a bundle feast costing $36.23. However, issues with portion sizes and service inconsistencies led to a lack of overall satisfaction for some patrons. While the food received praise, the restaurant seems to struggle with maintaining a consistently positive dining experience for all customers.
If you are looking for Philippina food this one its a great place BBQ chicken was yummy ?Food: 3/5
Ordered one of the combos and asked for noodles only and no rice. They got the order wrong and gave me rice. Also ordered a dozen siopao. They gave me 11 sauces. Told my son to ask them for more sauces they said no. I had to go in there to ask for more sauces. They said 10 cents each and ONE SAUCE PER SIOPAO ONLY. So i ordered a couple. Then I told her to deduct the price of one sauce because she shorted me one sauce since apparently it's ONE SAUCE PER SIOPAO ONLY. That's like saying five fries per 1 ketchup packet only. Also they tax the sauce lmfao. And she was counting the sauce in front of me like she was counting Benjamin's it was so cringey. Chow king is like the only fast food chain that charges for sauce that contains less than what's in a packet of ketchup. Also we sat and ate there which was another mistake because it's uncomfortably cold. In the years it's been open I've always asked for extra sauce and they'd give me a couple. Now they charge? I just spent close to 60 dollars there the least you could do is spare me an extra sauce or two. So stingy. Never going back.
Decent Filipino fast food place.Liked the noodle soup the best. Beef and mushrooms with rice was good as well.Food: 4/5
Food is good. If you like authentic Filipino foods, then this is one of the places to go. Convenient because it is right beside Seafood City if you need to buy groceries and stuff. Friendly staff. Place is kept clean. I recommend it.Parking: Lots of parking for everyone. Pick a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible.
Once we place an order, we have to wait over 20 minutes due to the stock of the chickens is low and there are only 4 pcs left in the tray. They have to cook some more chickens. They prepared the beef soup already and while we are waiting, the hot beef soup becomes a cold beef soup. When we got home, I have to reheat my soup in the microwave. Not only that, every time we have to go there, there's only one cashier open, a few crew in the kitchen, and a couple of crew are bagging your siopao and halo halo. All in all the restaurant makes a lot of profit but under staff and poor service. Some restaurants maybe not this location, probably have a better service than this place.
