Dunkin' - Longwood

This restaurant is very inconsistent and disappointing. I have been coming here for several months and the only thing that is consistent is that they are always out of menu items. Dunkin' Donuts is part of my weekly routine, but every time I place an order, they are missing several items. Whoever manages the inventory needs to do a better job. The manager here is also incredibly rude. At several locations, she has made me uncomfortable with her passive-aggressive comments, but this morning she really crossed the line. I usually order the same thing every morning, but now the manager told me I couldn't get a large ice water for free and if I wanted water, I would have to pay the price of an ice cream, $3.15. Since when is water not free? I understand the need to balance inventory with inflation, but at this point, it's more expensive than a bottle of water. I asked for a free cup of water and she then told me it would cost $1.25 at the window. It seemed like she just wanted to give me a hard time. As her coworker handed me the water, she said, "oh, she doesn't want it anymore," to which he replied, "then why did she ask for it in the first place?" This place really needs better management. She is unfit and clearly does not have the customer service skills to manage a location.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! They had run out of MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats, so they filled the rest of the box with regular donuts. Thank you so much!

I received a hot coffee instead of a chai latte for the second time.

All of the donuts were sold out and the restaurant didn't even bother to call us. They just picked out the donuts themselves.

Ream cheese and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the smoked salmon was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and friendly, which was a pleasant surprise for such an early hour. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts for a quick and tasty breakfast on the go.
