The poutine at this restaurant was delicious, although the fries could have been a bit crispier. It was still one of the best poutines I've ever had, with a generous serving of cheese curds. The hot dog all dressed was unique and incredible. I highly recommend this place for a quality poutine. View all feedback.
What Carlos Winters doesn't like about Alfa Restaurants Regd:
I came for the poutine. Many people rave about it on Reddit. I was a little disappointed. The sauce was too watery to my liking. The portion size is great. Lots of cheeze. Fries felt average to me. View all feedback.
During my brief visit to Montreal, my first time in Canada, I was eager to try Poutine and stumbled upon this restaurant away from the tourist area. Despite not speaking French, the woman working behind the counter was friendly and switched to English to help me, for which I was grateful. The regular Poutine was delicious and the small portion was quite filling. Thank you, Alfa, for giving me a tasty first experience with Poutine!

One of the best poutine! The size and prices are reasonable. 10$ for a regular and 15$ for large.Their sauce is what makes the poutine great. It's cash only but they have an atm.
Great place for a good poutine. One of the best ones in the South Shore. They're very generous with the cheese curds. There's always a long line up, but it's worth it. Friendly staff and fast service. Cash only.
The poutine was pretty good. Even though the sauce is somewhat generic the smoke meat was juicy and plentiful. And under the smoke meat there was a MOUNTAIN of curd cheese. Skeeky and melty!
