What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I would like to share my experience at this restaurant. The food is definitely better and fresher. I visited through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, the lights were off, making it difficult to see the menu. The service was lacking as well; I wasn't greeted upon arrival, and when I mentioned the lighting issue, I was met with an unfriendly attitude. I was just trying to be polite. Had an online order. I have a time of 530. I'm here at 532. I ask for my order and it wasn't even ready. there were 2 people who commanded and a person in the line. I'm sorry, but if you're going to order one and put a time on it, the order should be done. no apologies or anything, they would have said that I'm sorry I was okay.
I'm so disappointed every single time I've made the trip to this Panda, they never make my food correctly . They forget something . Small portions , the food looks horrible . I've had the last straw with this place . Super disappointed. Terrible listeners
If I could give zero stars I would! They serve left overs starting about 8:00! And no other choices! I waited in line for over 15 minutes to get to the speaker to be told I could not ored what is on the menu, but left overs! There wasn't even enough to feed my family of 6! They also were going to charge full price for this!! Shame on them!!
Why is there SOO much onion and cabbage in the chow mein?? I know that it's part of the recipe but there's literally more of that than noddles. So frustrating because we ordered four bigger plates and they were all this way.. Very upsetting
Went through drive through couple days ago. My lo mein noodles were completely dry the sesame chicken and black pepper chicken that I ordered was definitely old and bland.
