Luigi's - Longford

I have been a customer at Lugies for the past seven years. Today, I went in with a friend who ordered food. As we sat down at our table, I noticed that the tray and plates were left on the table. I lifted them and showed them to the staff, only to receive a rude response from a female staff member. I was shocked by her attitude, so I mentioned it to the female owner. I suggested that they train their staff better in customer service, as it is the customers who pay their salaries. I decided to write a review on TripAdvisor about my experience. However, as my friend and I were leaving the restaurant and walking across the street, the female owner followed us and asked me to cancel the review. I informed her that I was on a public street and that I would be reporting the incident to the council and tourism office.

3 pieces of meat in kebab, and was written donor kebab, I made a joke about I was almost kicked out.

I used to always stop off here for the legendary chips , this place has really gone down hill, the portions (for eat in) are tiny and the chips undercooked It’s such a shame as this was always the best

By the rave reviews for fish and chips on this site I went in ordered fresh cod and chips 7.50 euro had me worried eat in. No lads this is not top fish .

Despite its name, the fish n chips (get the cod) are great here and highly recommended! As good as anything you might find in London or Dublin.
