This was the first pub we visited on our honeymoon in Ireland, where we enjoyed our very first Guinness in the country. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. Being a traditional Irish pub, it felt more authentic compared to some of the more touristy places we went to during our trip.

Keenan's is a delightful, family-owned pub that offers a fantastic atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. Located on the banks of the Shannon, it boasts a great setting, especially during the summer when the beer garden is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The food here is flavorful and the portions are quite generous. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and they serve an excellent pint of Guinness. It's hard to leave this charming spot! I highly recommend Keenan's.

The menu is diverse enough to keep things interesting, with options for everyone without feeling overwhelming. Everything, from the proteins to the vegetables, is expertly prepared. This is a wonderful spot to spend an evening with family or friends, offering a vibrant atmosphere where you can feel relaxed and comfortable to linger for a while.
Been a few times. It is a nice place for an evenings hang-out or a Sunday meal. Food is homely and desserts are kick-ass. Compared to The Purple Onion next door it is real value for money and you can relax in a calm 'non up-tight ' atmosphere. Couple of T.V 's and a nice conservatory-type place to take your tea/coffee/beer/wine on a summer 's day. Lovely place.
