Dunkin' - Long Island City

The worst coffee I've had in years. Iced coffee. Tasted like old grinds. Awful.

Coffee always hot and ready to go. Extremely busy location, staff is always on point.

Nice place, sometimes strange lines. You can order and pick up if you don't want to wait. Usually cold brewery. If you speak charger, you do not have to put your head near the divider. The reason 5 stars instead of 4 is 2 for 3 sausage eggs and cheese is back.

I called this morning to place an order and wanted to know if she could fulfill a request for seven dozen donuts for my staff. However, the man with the Indian accent interrupted me, said he was busy, and then hung up. It was very rude.

I’ve ordered delivery from this Dunkin’ location 3 times, and the order has been incorrect or incomplete each time. Maybe that says something about my own foolishness- but this latest time was simply ridiculous. I ordered coffee and donuts for myself and my coworkers, and it was definitely a larger order. A couple of mistakes can be forgiven in a situation like that, but we didn’t receive more than half of the order. I physically went to the location to get the remainder of what I paid for, only for them to blame the delivery person and refuse to give me the missing items. When I pointed out that they had left out items for me before, the gentleman I was speaking to said that sometimes they make mistakes, but this time wasn’t one of them. This is literally the first negative review I’ve ever left for anything, but I just couldn’t let such ridiculously poor customer service go unaddressed.
