When Alex is our sushi chef I must say it makes a big difference. We just tip him up front 10-20 and we get extravagant servings and are usually full after just 1 order....and sake of course. LOL

We've been going regularly to Fusion's sister restaurant, but Fusion is closer to our home and offers some of our favorites plus unique and tasty creations. The food is delicious and appealingly presented, and the service is excellent. A new fave!
