Contribute Feedback What BN Schwiggs doesn't like about Heidi's Brooklyn Deli:
Used to be my our favorite place. Within last 6 months service isn’t the same. Takes a very long time to get two sandwiches, sandwiches weren’t made correctly, and the chips and pickle included in the order weren’t included. Thinking maybe that was just a “one off” bad visit, I continued going back. I’ve continued to experience the same poor service. I’m bummed. View all feedback.
This is NOT a Deli. Wouldn't last a week in New York. More of a mediocre Subway at best. Food was ok but pricey. Service was slow with two people standing around chatting, seemingly unaware that there were customers to be served. Not worth the trip. Poorly managed franchise.
The ladies were nice. The food is outrageously overpriced for what you get. I’m not against paying $20 for an Italian Sandwich but if you’re gonna charge above average prices they sandwich should be above average. It wasn’t, just a ton of bread, decent meat but the same sandwich cost $10 anywhere else. I should’ve just gone to Jersey mikes down the street and at least I get well priced sandwich.
Wanted pumpernickel sliced thin, they could not adjust the slicer. Will not go back.
Worst potato salad ever. I don't know what they do or think to come up with such an insulting side. Hard undercooked potatoes, some watery white liquid instead of mayo. Plain nasty. Sandwiches are good.
