Very nice place that I would have never found. The service was great, along with the food. I came 10 minutes before I was told the kitchen was closing. The gentleman was very kind, didn't rush me, and made my dining very enjoyable. The food and service were all great. View all feedback.
What Dredhead Dredhead doesn't like about M Thai Kitchen:
I use to love the food here so much that I went out of my way to grab a late lunch today . I was underwhelmed and disappointed my regular spicy eggplant was bland and the sauce was bland gooey and almost tasteless . My chi tea was the only good thing I wasted 17 dollars . Won’t be returning. View all feedback.
I'm really sad to write this review. we moved to Edgewater in 2015 and even before moving in we had heard about M Thai Kitchen. it has been our go to for Thai food for years and has been a standard for great food in the area for much longer than we have lived here. 6 years ago I wrote a 5 star review, but recently the restaurant was taken over by new management and everything changed. We usually get several dishes for takeout and eat it over the course of several days and our last order was terrible. first, every one of our 5 dishes was completely different than it had been for years. the flavor and seasonings were all radically different. the pineapple fried rice and the pad thai were in much smaller containers, about 1/2 the size of the previous portions we would receive, and the price was the same. the garlic pork is now served with broccoli instead on a bed of lettuce and the sauce was bland. the Pad eggplant used to have a delicious bright yellow turmeric based sauce and now it was just a bland generic brown broth. pretty sure they are using generic purple eggplant instead of traditional thai green eggplant too. chicken pad kaprow used to have strong thai basil flavor. no more. all the veggies are different. I can no longer recommend this place. it used to be so good and a standard rotation in takeout for my family, but no more.
Classic Thai cuisine. Safe location, great flavors.

Changed management and the difference is noticeable. Food doesn’t taste the same for the bad. Sad. I had drunken noodles, they were burnt.
We have eaten at this restaurant for a long time. Recently the restaurant got bought out by some new Thai owners. The food has gone from good to excellent. I love the freshness of the ingredients and the flavor of the sauces. In fact, it’s now one of the best Thai restaurants in the Annapolis area. We will come back here often.
