After years of raving about Tony's Pizza by my sister and her hubby, our family met here last weekend for an anniversary party. My brother-in-law warned about not ordering double cheese because you won't need to. Boy, was he right. Despite about 30 of us...More View all feedback.

We came to this restaurant for a good meal with friends. We arrived and were seated quickly. We ordered a few drinks and one large pizza to share. An hour and 15 mins later our order had still not arrived. We ask the server where our order was and he said it would be three mins. We waited another 15mins and still nothing. We decided to get up and leave. This was the worst service experienced. No apology or anything. View all feedback.
I ordered a large and a small panzorotti for pickup. When we got home, there were only the big ones in him, I called back and was almost accused of lying and bringing the box back to her with the big one to prove it. After talking to the so-called manager, she said she should just come back and pick up a little. When I came home with him, it wasn't even hot and half boiled and swimming in fat. So they must have found it and simply wrapped it in tin foil and pushed it into the box. I'll never darken her door again and know some other people who won't be. It was not suitable for human consumption.
$33 for big 3 top pizza I don't mind, but if it's low budget pizza for premium price sucking. Never again soggy in the middle lots of bacon fat pieces was not a good pizza
I'd give zero if that was an option. How can you rate food you don't get? It's been two hours. Email confirmation said 60 minutes. The person I spoke to after 75 minutes said, "Nextly outside." More 45 minutes later... Would not recommend ordering again.
We were a party of 8 with reservations. We sat right away and it wasn't busy yet. For a party of 8 we received 2 menus for sharing. The waitress came to the table and she had a terrible demon. She muddled pitchers of water on the table. They attacked people when they asked for drinks. To make a long story short; we were served our meals over an hour and a half later. The waitress made a mistake at 2 of my party meals and they were told if they wanted what they ordered first, it would be 45 minutes more. I was served an ice-cold meatball sandwich that probably sat in the kitchen all the time. It was brought into the kitchen and came back in the middle ice cold. My first time there and I will never go back and will not recommend anyone.
I have been a customer at this restaurant since the mid 1970s. Unfortunately, the founder and original owner passed away a few years ago, and the decline in quality is clear. I placed an order online, had the receipt, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the price was 4 dollars higher than what was indicated. I was informed that "the app hadn't been updated yet". The parking lot was full, which used to be a sign of the restaurant's good reputation. However, I noticed there was no difference between the large and medium panzerroti. If it wasn't for a special occasion, I would have walked away. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.
