Palasad - London

My friend and I decided to visit this Palasad before our escapology escape and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and we played pool for the hour we were there. My only complaint is that the music was so loud that you could not even talk to the person next to you. When I left, my ears rang and we could even hear the band from our escape room next door.

Hello, I believe there was a mistake made by the restaurant staff. In today's world, cleanliness and hygiene are paramount, so this mistake was quite unacceptable. Despite the response I received, the manager (wearing a blue collar shirt) seemed eager to move on quickly without addressing the issue. It left a bad taste in my mouth, especially considering the standards we expect in today's world. I can't find any excuse that would justify this level of negligence.

Great delicious chicken wings. Excellent weekday specialties. Service was particularly good, a large call to our server Jillian to make the experience much better. Will definitely return.

Great Staff Ver accomdating great food .The staff were awsome .fun time we had as a social night thanks to all that helped out and to our hostess who was amazing

Our food and drinks were all great, and our server was very attentive and friendly and did a great job.
