Marky's Crepes Waffles - London

The Ham it Up crepe was good. The Omelette crepe had basically no filling. Couldn’t find the egg. Was it that microfilm of yellow smeared on the inside of the crepe with a few morsels of Ham?The crepes themselves for both had the consistency of day old and simply reheated. I had to use a steak knife to cut through and still gave up; we had to pick them up like burritos to eat them. I don’t like leaving negative reviews on Google because I know how detrimental it can be to a business. My preference is to call a Manager directly to give feedback but the published phone number does not pick up. I enquired when going in to place my order and was told their phone does’t work. I wanted to call my order in in advance but instead had to place the order in store and wait. Wake up management. Your business is failing.

I think this place is not bad, but it was my experience I guess. The crepe I got was not cooked well, almost raw. The lady who made it for me was in rush I guess. She even did not put enough maple syrup or cinnamon. It literally tasted like nothing.

The crepe was pretty rubbery, the cheesecake flavoring was nice though. Best I can say is that it was....fine. Not up to the standard from years back. Not up to the level where I would recommend it to others. Unfortunate.

Whaffles here are horrible. I paid$20 for two of the WORST whaffles we ever had. Soggy and mushy.HORRIBLE. customer service is bad and food is disgusting. I am not trying to be mean. Is the TRUTH. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was there with my son Saturday at 9:00pm. And the 2 girls working were in a hurry to leave. Worst soggy whaffles.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. SOGGY ,MUSHY, WHAFFLES

Stopped as sign said gluten free wraps. I ordered a chicken Caesar not much meat or filling inside and no bacon but in fact I think it was some canned ham. Made me feel sick. Service not great. They didn’t even bring serviettes or check on us (we sat outside). Not going back.
