I had the salmon and it was good but the broccoli was undercooked and the mashed potatoes looked like they were squeezed out of a tube. Just a poor presentation. The fajitas were had by my husband and his dad and they really enjoyed them. They looked great too. Guess I picked the wrong menu item! View all feedback.
What Bob H doesn't like about Kelseys Original Roadhouse:
Went in for beers apps in the bar. Bartender was disinterested, never smiled and could care less about the customers. Too bad as we wanted to watch the ball game. Went next door to Boston Pizza, totally opposite environment. View all feedback.
Came here for father in law's bday at his request and pretty decent food and drink overall Service was really good and the food was well portioned and served pretty fresh. They even brought out a free cookie ice cream plate for the birthday dad. Nachos were really good, sandwiches were on point and for some reason the FIL really likes their chicken parm.. surprisingly the pasta was not overcooked Overall good experience and reasonable prices with cold beer. Recommend for a casual dinner that won't cost an arm a leg. Also lots of TVs to watch sports too
Take-out exceeded my expectations! I ordered using their online ordering directly from the Kelseys site. Balsamic chicken with fresh veggies, mashed potatoes and side broccoli cheese soup for $19. Pretty decent deal considering the soup alone is $8. My chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry as many chicken breast entrees can be. The balsamic sauce was very tasty, veggies were fresh and cooked nicely. I always love the soup, especially as we get into winter weather. My only issue was I asked (and paid for) side gravy which wasn't included. However, I contacted the store and they offered to reimburse me for the omission. I'll definitely be ordering takeout from here again.
They have the best nachos with a wide variety of toppings to choose from, and the option to choose between corn tortilla chips or fried wontons is amazing. Thursdays are wing night, and the wings are delicious, with a decent size and just the right amount of sauce. Their menu offers a good variety of options to choose from, and they frequently introduce new items and special deals. If you're looking for a roadhouse experience, this is one of the better options out there. The wings and nachos are especially great choices, and they offer a wide selection of drinks and beers.
This is definitely the best Kelsey's restaurant in London. We used to go to the one at Oxford and Gammage, but the food and service at this location are much better. The portions are generous and the food is always served hot. The staff make sure that customers are happy and satisfied.
