I have ordered food from here multiple times and had no issues.Good ingredients and healthy food always. Love their burgers but yesterday we decided to try their Cauliflower flat bread and had a really bad experience. It was burnt and so hard to chew. Several delicious choices and tons of well balanced bowls. I had their general tsao bowl I believe, and it was delicious. Their soy protein is marinated so well and has such a nice, soft texture. They also sell their own line of hot sauces which are delicious.

Very positive experience and (so far) during my visit to London this was the best vegan place to eat. Regarding the quality of food, variety of vegan options (I think it's all vegan if I'm not wrong), and service. Both ladies worked closely, friendly and welcoming. They even sell frozen Very good meats vegan meat in a freezer for those who try to take something home. Hard place, will certainly see a repetition visit or two of me.
First order of Copper Branch. I ordered the vegan bowl and the banana bowl, I must say I will order from them for now! Your food is fresh and delicious! I am completely full of my bowl, but it is not the sick, disgusting full, I feel very excited and I feel great! Absolutely love this place! Can't you wait to order again?
Top notch vegan food! This was the best or close to the best vegan food I have ever had from a restaurant. We had the tacos, Aztec bowl and poutine, all of which were excellent tasting and generous serving size. The in store atmosphere was not the greatest but I blame COVID for that. I?ll be back for a dine in meal once restaurants are running at full capacity again.
