What Albino Damico doesn't like about Trinity:
It’s the unfairness of it that rankles. And it’s not like I haven’t dragged myself across the river to Clapham twice already in the last six months, both times to visit the epicentre of current culinary derring-do that is The Dairy. It doesn’t seem entirely fair that the good burghers of Clapham have not one, but three restaurants I’d be happy to eat at any day of the week. I really shouldn’t have to cross the river... Very beautifully crafted menu and dishes but with not too many, exceptional ingredients that make each dish have a very authentic and defined taste. We’ll definitely come back

Outstanding food, outstanding service, outstanding wine pairing.
Delicious good and generally very good service bar a few moments where we were left unspoken to for a little too long. Their classic salmon dish wash particularly delicious as was the mallard, chocolate tart and honey soufflé. All round delightful!
