A really nice pub in a lovely area of Greenwich. Great garden with covered seating with heaters. What a shame about the terrible food. We had the chicken wings which were pallid, soggy and tasteless. Then the Sunday roast which consisted of a lump of dry chicken, some packet stuffing and a few overcooked vegetables. Was on the road too foot and came over this beauty and thought to try this house. So I went with a friend to this place and I absolutely love the decor of the ambient. I loved the place absolutely.
A nice little local, beautiful menu and beer. no tourist here! recently renovated and has a beautiful room back and a garden also. a few tvs are not to kill, but nice to see the rugby!
Vanbrugh, greenwich – in a residential area on a quiet road from the main road is the vanbrugh. the pub attracts a combination of families and young diners. I also think that most of them are regularly to the vanbrugh. the pub is not huge, but with different sections for the bar, it area, garden and a hall for events that vanbrugh feels great. make them a reservation if they want to eat here because they can be full and there are no other places like the vanburgh in the opposite. there are also various events in the vanbrugh. the pub holds quiz nights, live music, comics and performers and mamas and babys session offers (serviceags). the menu of the...read more
