The Pizza Room Poplar - London

The restaurant seems to prioritize the taking of food guests. we waited almost an hour until our pizza arrived. there was only a staff in front of the house and he was overwhelmed by orders from most takeaways. they need to take care of in-person customers!

Additionally, the service was lackluster—he was more focused on leaving us than being attentive to our needs. The wait times were unacceptable, and at one point, he disappeared for a good 15 minutes, leaving us wondering what was happening in the restaurant. We ended up leaving after finishing our first course, as we never received dessert or any drinks after dinner. However, the pizza itself was delicious. If you want to try it, I would recommend ordering in advance and opting for takeout.

We had a lovely evening at the restaurant and were impressed by its size upon arrival. The decor is stunning—very industrial with some amazing pieces of art. The tables are limited, making the space feel quite cozy, but the quality of the food, drinks, and service is exceptional and could compete with any top-notch establishment. I highly recommend trying the homemade ice cream!

This is a wonderful little spot for fantastic pizza. The music was a bit on the loud side, but still manageable. The service was quick and efficient.
