It’s the second time I came to Nem Nem and service /food have gone downhill like a Chinese rocket. The place was empty and they didn’t serve cocktails (they could have informed us beforehand! . The waiter cleared our table without checking if we had finished (and no we haven’t finished our food!!!! ! We did not find our waiter very attentive or focused at times and also when asked online what was the occaision and i replied my birthday there was absolutely no acknowledgement of my birthday in the restaurant.
Ambience and service was fine. Food was not great particularly one of the dishes was absolutely tasteless.
Sadly the bar tender was away so no cocktails available on the day we went, so we decided to go elsehere. The staff were very friendly and understanding about it. Thhe system ould not let me subit a review without filling in food and value... the menu looked good adn prices oK, but we did not get to try.
Just booked a table but didn’t knowthey are reopened for new concept. I’m more than happy with new small plates. I tried beef noodle soup, summer rolls and small imperial chicken. They’re all amazing and fresh. My friend had pancake and a small round noodle. And she loved it too. The bill came up to £40 for 2 including drinks. Very value for money And we definitely come back
