Beautiful meal in a quiet restaurant. the waiter was friendly but became a little too familiar in our conversation. really nice to begin, but was a little over the top

Excellent food from an extensive Italian menu. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very good value for money against comparable Italian restaurants. We went for a pre-Christmas family meal, that everyone enjoyed.

Great Xmas meal with amazing friends at Marco Polo on the river. Fantastic service with a special mention to Antonio and the team. We were a table of 10 that turned up an hour early after visiting BackYard Cinema But this was no issue for the restaurant and they made sure we were seated earlier than planned ensuring we had a great time

We were a group of 3, and all ordered different dishes for main course and dessert. We all rated them as excellent. We had a nice bottle of wine too, and coffee afterwards. The service was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was fairly quiet. Our only disappointment was that a 12.5% service charge was added to the bill, including the wine. This made the meal quite costly overall. We would have left a generous tip, but would have preferred to decide it's amount for ourselves.
