We were welcomed by a charming Italian gentleman who made our group feel right at home. After seating us, he brought us complimentary bread and informed us about the specials. We ordered several bottles of wine for the table, which were also excellent. The experience reminded me of being in Italy because it felt so authentic. My wife and I went to this restaurant on Valentine's Day and we were extremely disappointed with the food and service. I usually don't complain about restaurants, as I have always had good experiences at Italian restaurants in London, but this time I felt the need to warn others to stay away from this place.
