Fish Plaice - London

The fish at this restaurant is of very high quality! The atmosphere is fantastic, especially with the sunny glass roof. This place serves one of the best fish and chips in the world! A must-try for anyone visiting the British Museum today.

More excellent place. I had the squid and chips that were more than enough for 2 people and the price was comparable to other shops. it was hot, super crispy, and the pommes were fluffy inside. service was fast, eating was fresh, and the staff was friendly and attentive. highly recommended!

The service from the owner and workers was amazing, as they explained the menu very well and provided great recommendations. Both the fish and chicken menus are amazing, since they have been cooked freshly, but both have great crispy textures. A great blend of British and Korean food. A hidden gem which I hope many others can experience!

I've been eating korean fried chicken here for about 3 years now and the taste is as good as the first time. Chicken is always crispy, fully coated with perfect sauce and paired with some nice chips. The staffs have changed a couple of times throughout the years but they are all friendly and cheerful :

We had the soy and garlic half chicken with chips. It’s £17 in total including service charge understands it’s in central london but that’s still quite expensive. Freshly fried which makes the chicken very juicy. Batter slightly thick but definitely crispy. The soy and garlic sauce was tasty but a bit too salty for our liking. Service is quite slow as well.
