We visited this restaurant specifically for the steamed buns and they did not disappoint! They were incredibly delicious. We ordered an assortment so we could try a few different flavors. If we had more time in London, we would definitely return to try more. I found these buns just as enjoyable as the ones I had at Momofuku in New York City. View all feedback.
What Graça C doesn't like about Buns&buns:
Buns used to be such a nice place with a wonderful ribeye beef in the chapatta and chicken skewers. Now the menu as nothing attractive. The Sauvignon blank was terrible and I had pork belly in the bun and got ill a couple of hours after I had it. Still not well today. View all feedback.
They were small, but eating was very good. a little overpriced, but I guess that's because of the situation. only a few of the courts were halal, still, would definitely go back there,
Wouldn’t go again, food average and expensive. Drinks were ok. Service
Cute spot in Covent Garden for a quick bite to eat! Has the chicken and duck bao bun! The chicken bun needed more sauce it was a bit dry but other than that, it’s a decent spot to visit!
Service very average and disappointing.. although the food was very good the portions were small and definitely not very good value for money the location was perfect.. to be honest because we were disappointed with the portions and left hunger we probably wouldn't go back again.sorry ????
The chicken salad was to die for, we ordered both the chicken and mac bun they were amazing too, also the asparagus and mushroom teriaki were good but the brioche that had beef was okay not too good in my opinion.
