Had heard about the place and finally managed to go! Didn’t disappoint. Authentic Spanish food. Great choice and tasty. My favourite the croquetas, tortilla and solomillo. All excellent. Looking forward to be back. View all feedback.
What Tina Ward doesn't like about Boqueria - Battersea:
on what it is. a new tapas place, with beautiful presentation and the premium. nice selection of weep, short on the beer. Eating is good, but don felipe tried only a few days before, which were coming up. had the chorizo, aroz negro, absorbing black and iberian black. cod, octopus and patatas bravas. it is good, patatas bravas were strange (mayo in the sauce? . the service is ok, and eating takes its time. A must if she was recommended to me in or around the battersea area boqueria, so I knew it would be good! eating is excellent and I love it being brought to you, as it is ready and not all at once, so you know that it is not for a living. I would highly recommend ordering the calamares, the braut and ham toasts and the boar with apfelsoße and lemon sorbet. all these dishes were delicious. the personal was a bit slow, but it didn't affect our visit too much.
Boqueria Market on Queenstown Road is the second branch of Boqueria, a Spanish tapas restaurant group. I visited the original Boqueria on Acre Lane in Brixton about 18 months ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was fresh and wholesome and the service was lovely. The menu is similar to the Acre Lane branch and includes a selection of traditional and contemporary tapas as...read more
One night we decided to pop into Boqueria for dinner. I’d previously be in during the day for coffee and it had always been quite quiet but going in at 6pm it was quite busy and we were lucky to get a table without a booking. There is lots of choice on the menu, between myself and my friend we ordered 5 tapas to share. For some variety we had chorizo, prawns, patatas bravas, meatballs and a vegetable one. I would definitely recommend the chorizo and the patatas bravas they were both really delicious. While the food was amazing the service wasn't fantastic as it took us a while to get their attention for ordering more drinks and getting the bill but it was a very busy...read more
Boqueria is a beautiful tapas restaurant near battersea park with half an outside area in a conservatory extension. adequate selection of tapas available and larger boards also available (including paella.) the staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped ask that we had. we had six tapas between two of us and some warm brot with olive oil, that was a lot. I wanted to fit so bad in the churros with hot chocolate, but I just couldn't!
