Contribute FeedbackThe overall dining experience at Claim Jumper was mixed, with a notable increase in prices and decrease in portion sizes. Some found the food disappointing, while others raved about the new menu items like the lobster BLT. Service received varying reviews, with some guests praising servers like Robert and Carlos, while others felt the staff was slow. Unfortunately, there were issues with reservations like the unexpected closure of the Lombard location. Despite some shortcomings, many enjoyed their meals and the ambiance. In conclusion, while there were some hiccups, there are still positive aspects that make Claim Jumper worth considering.
Beautiful clean environment. unfortunately our server took awhile and in the did another server took our drink and then our food order. it was not awfully busy, but obviously overwhelming for our server. due to the backup server, however, the total rating is 4/5. Portions are fair for the price and eating was good. I will return. as someone who went to the claim jumper in laguna hills brings back loving memories about in the 80s-this restaurant.
We all enjoyed our meals and the service was very good. the chairs were quite uncomfortable when we sat in buckets! they got a kind of shaky over the years, and the sitting area is pretty saggy!
Our server robert was excellent! he seemed to know what we needed before we did it! the food was delicious and the drinks on the happy hour menu were very delicious! we celebrated my man's birthday and we were very glad that he chose the claim jumpers for his birthday dinner!
Over priced $8 for 3 pieces of bacon appetizer and it was cold. Eww But the food was good
Food was not good as it was not seasoned … at all. DESSERT was great. Best butter cake I’ve ever had!
