Excellent restaurant, amazing and subtle cuisine

Lunch this afternoon, everything was perfect, from service to plate! Go without hesitation to discover the cuisine of the chef full of originality but still relevant. Savors mixing East and West in the program. We especially enjoyed the foie gras served in a dashi broth. But it was difficult to establish our preferences to make everything delicious.
